About Linda Hawkins:

Linda has been in Arboriculture since 1985. Her career started in the municipal sector and then after 16

years at the Town of Markham, she moved to the commercial sector of the industry. The next 8 years were

spent primarily in the Plant Health Care area of arboriculture. Linda is a Certified Arborist and teaches

Plant Health Care at Humber and Tree Health Management at Sir Sanford Fleming College. Linda also

teaches the Introduction to Arboriculture section of the Horticulture programs at Durham College and

Seneca College. She is a past President of ISA Ontario and was part of the board of directors for 10 years
